Anyone who works in real estate has seen it. Agents paying friends or family to run errands. Drop off an open house sign. Let the photographer in. Swing by and make sure the door is locked.

Those jobs matter. But a favor from a friend comes with no training, no insurance, and no record of what happened.

That is why Real Estate Runners exists. Same errands, done by a trained, background-checked, bonded, and insured professional, with photo proof of every visit.
