What Runners do

Runners handle the errands that keep a listing moving: opening up for contractors with keys and lockboxes, dropping and picking up signs, meeting vendors, and checking on vacant homes. Every visit is documented with photos.

This is not a real estate license job. Runners never show homes, never negotiate, and never give advice on price, value, or contracts. If someone asks, you point them to their agent.

  • Set yourself available from your phone when you want work.
  • Jobs are offered in rotation. You have a few minutes to accept or pass.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are needed.
  • A background check may be required before you start.
